What is the Founders Programme?
The programme builds on TechCayman’s established offering, which helps technology and IP companies establish and operate in the Cayman Islands through its sponsorship framework, specialized work permits, and relocation support. For businesses primarily from pre-seed to Series A, the Founders Programme adds an investment pathway, with selected companies considered for services in exchange for equity or rights to future equity, on individually agreed terms.
It is designed for globally ambitious founders across technology sectors where Cayman can play a meaningful role in their next stage of growth.

Our process
How does the Founders Programme application process works?
The application process is designed to be clear and founder friendly, with communication throughout. Each stage helps TechCayman assess fit, the potential for an in kind investment and the appropriate next steps.
Founders will be asked to share details about the business, team and growth plans. Where there is alignment, the process moves towards agreeing terms and establishing the company in the Cayman Islands.
